Program Overview. At The Lacks Cancer Center at Saint Mary’s Health Care our cancer treatment programs are increasing hope everyday, thanks to a unique multidisciplinary model of care, which incorporates a staff of progressive physicians, and the most innovative technologies available. Adrenal Cancer Overview. The adrenal gland is a 5-7 gram-sized gland located above both kidneys and is key in the production of many essential hormones including cortisal, aldostorone, andergens and epernephrine. There are several common types of adrenal cancer, which can be found in a variety of settings and degrees of significance.
