Cancer Resource Specialists

An integral part of our multidisciplinary team, our Cancer Resource Specialists (CRS) assist patients with the emotional and practical aspects of cancer care throughout their treatment at our facility. Upon entering the program patients are assigned a CRS who shares coping strategies and helps manage the many components of treatment by linking them to a wide variety of community resources including transportation, support groups, financial assistance, cancer information and housing.
